Skills & Experience

Successful real estate agents come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don't need any previous experience in real estate sales, you do need experience in life, especially a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, and a competitive nature. Ideally you need a good understanding of the rigours of purchasing real estate & preferably live within a 15 minute drive of Doncaster.

Permanent Part Time Positions - $35 per hour

At Hudson Bond Real Estate, we have THREE permanent part-time positions available for the role of LISTINGS-FINDER. A Listings-Finder searches for and locates properties for sale (listings) for our sales team. Full training is provided before your commence. On-going training will continue during your employment. You will be expected to have a strong desire to learn and to do well for yourself and your colleagues. A team player.

Hours to SUIT YOU. Work as much or as little as you like. Choose which days you work. It’s up to you. You’ll be paid an hourly rate plus a BONUS on selected listings.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone seeking secure permanent part-time work. You’ll need to be of fine character, well presented, well-spoken and exceedingly honest. We mainly use the ‘honour system’ to check your hours. You tell us when and where you worked and for how long you worked.
