Duties

• Prospecting for potential listings
• Listing properties for sale
• Negotiating property sales
• Developing and maintaining a contact database

Skills & Experience

Successful real estate agents come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don’t need any previous experience in real estate sales, you do need experience in life, especially a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, and a competitive nature. Ideally you need a good understanding of the rigours of purchasing real estate & preferably live within a 15 minute drive of Doncaster.

Property Manager - $60,000 - $70,000 Plus KPI Based Bonuses

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our award winning team in Doncaster to work closely with our Business Development Manager and alongside our Property Managers to learn and grow with the best. About the role:

We are currently looking for someone who is passionate about their own personal and professional development and managing our client’s assets. You will work closely with our award winning BDM and one of your key roles is to help manage and grow the portfolio, whilst learning everything there is to know about property management. We offer a unique model of Property Management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Real Estate experience in either Administration, Reception or as an Assistant
  • A mature and positive "can do attitude"
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
  • A desire for continuous improvement and learning
  • People skills and ability to build relationships
  • Completed their Agents Representative certificate
  • Reliable car and driver’s license
  • Demonstrated achievement in any field

This role does not require weekend work. Monday to Friday only.

We are currently seeking a confident, highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Commercial Leasing team as a Property Manager and Leasing Consultant to grow the portfolio with a strong focus on sourcing new business opportunities.

As our Commercial Manager and Leasing Consultant you will work closely with our highly-experienced Commercial Sales and Leasing Team within a busy but vibrant industry that offers new challenges and versatility on a daily basis, an exciting team environment and growth opportunities to further develop yourself for a long-term career in real estate.
