How does Leasing Off Market work?
A member of our team will conduct a rental appraisal on your property, once terms have been agreed to and a management agreement completed.
We will work with you to present your property for private viewings and professional photography.
Once the photos are completed, your property will be uploaded to our Renter match database and the Hudson Bond website only.
Keys are handed over on lease commencement and the renter moves into the property.
Once a tenancy is secured, a detailed entry condition report including a 360 virtual tour will be completed on your property and an induction will be booked with your new renters.
Invitations for private viewings will be conducted and applications processed. Your property manager will present you with a shortlist of suitable applicants.
