The whole sales process went very smoothly, with all sales representatives competing to make your sale. The one-on-one inspections were less traumatic than I expected, and were well planned. Danny had buyers lined up before the sale went ‘live”. Within 4 days, I had many inspections, and then received two offers, both of which exceeded the advertised price at which I was prepared to sell. The HudsonBond team advised, and did virtually all my paper-work so easy!! I suggest that you take the stress out of your sale, and talk to the Hudson Bond team when it comes to your turn to sell your home.
