This was given by Danny at 1 Malei Court with the clients and immediate family members Johanna and Matt McKenzie (daughter and son in law). The discussions covered the service to be offered and fully met our expectations. This included the advice offered on presentation of the property which mainly required a general overall tidiness and in particular a fairly thorough de-cluttering. This was actioned to the satisfaction of both client and agent.
The costs of service and interaction with a solicitor were made clear and were acceptable
Property presentation and advertising.
A series of photographs was taken which displayed the major areas of the property very attractively and these were uploaded to the Hudson Bond website. The preface to the graphics was accurate, warm and inviting. We were severely tempted to buy the house ourselves!
The property was viewed by the whole of the local Hudson Bond sales team so that they were all familiar with what was on offer and several members of the team brought potential buyers to the property.
Presentation to potential buyers.
There was a reasonable number or responses to the advertising involving about 11 inspections. Four of these indicating some interest, one rejected the property on price grounds, one needed further consultation with a family member who was overseas and of the two remaining one made an offer which after advice and discussion with Danny was found to be satisfactory and the property was sold.
Agent/ Vendor interaction and relationship.
This was efficient , un intrusive and friendly. We were kept informed of progress and debriefed after the major inspections. We chose not to be present during inspections so as to allow the agent to do the job we were paying for without interference or complication by us. Notwithstanding the difficult external conditions resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic this worked well.
We are completely satisfied with the process and will be happy to endorse the excellent service provided.
