My partner and I bought our first house on the 15th of June 2011. It is with great pleasure that I write to you about my experience.
Joseph Yap was the agent who we dealt with. We also had dealings with Danny Demir (Sales Manager).
We met Joseph when we first went to inspect the property. He was on time and was very professional. We liked that he was genuine and nothing was ever an issue, he was never tired of my questions and enquiries. Anytime we had a question he was always there to help. He had a great sense of humour which is always important during a stressful time like purchasing your first home.
You should be very proud of Joseph & Danny. They displayed excellent customer service and were very professional.
