Just a few words to express our gratitude.
It was through a letter dropped into the mailbox that I became aware of Hudson Bond Real Estate,and although I had no use for it at the time I kept the letter on file for future reference.
Perchance two years later, the time came to sell the property in Doncaster
I put the property in the hands of Hudson Bond because they were the local agents. They were not the cheapest but as it happened certainly proved to be the best choice.
We negotiated price and conditions, signed the agreement. Low and behold the property was sold within one week with no haggling or price reduction thanks to Candice.
My final comments.
I would certainly recommend Hudson Bond to anyone, especially Joseph and Candice who apart from being very professional and successful were also extremely helpful, courteous and above all friendly.
