After leasing out one of my investment properties for $20 more than the incumbent agent within one week of advertising I knew Emily Bakowski was a good BDM but over the last couple of months she proved to me why her and the Hudson Bond team are the best in Manningham. My mother in law has a rental property in Wantirna and when her tenants vacated the property in September, her current agent at that time had no luck leasing it- it was a mixture of poor advertising and many excuses and of course a price drop was their only answer.
